Privacy and business details

Who we are

Variance Studio is run by Dilaksan Aloysious, based in Harrow, HA1. Email hello@variancestudio.co.uk.

What we collect

This site has no forms, cookies or analytics. We only get information from you when you email us. That usually means your name, your email address, your business details and any photos you send.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to you, make the preview you asked for, carry out work you’ve paid for and invoice you. Our lawful basis is taking steps towards a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Who else sees it

Our email and files are stored with Google Workspace. The AI tools we use to make your work receive the photos and details needed for it. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs to run and protect the site. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a client, we delete your enquiry and photos within 12 months. If you do, we keep invoices and related records for 6 years, as UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@variancestudio.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
